Whareas :
LZ – Signifies magnet wires twisted together;
LZL – Signifies base coated magnet wire twisted together aand covered with top coat overall;
USTC – Include single layer polyester filament yarn covering;
UDTC – Include double layer polyester filament yarn covering ;
EL(BL) – signifies base coated magnet wire laid parallel with top coat applied overall.
USAC – Include one layer bondable filber cover.
UDATC – Include one layer of normal fiber cover and another bondable fiber cover.
UDHTC – Include one layer of normal fiber cover and another bondable fiber cover by hot air.
pUSHTC – Include pre-bonded heat bonding litz wire.
ML – Include litz wire with Mylar cover.
EL – Include litz wire with extruded PA jacket.
+ ANSI type applies to round magnet wires.
